For interstate and regional Advanced Trainees only, PCPA will cover accommodation on Saturday 6 May (room only). Due to travel logistics, Perth and remote regional attendees may apply for arrival and accommodation on Friday 5 May.

All incidental charges incurred at the meeting are at the delegates own expense, to be settled directly with the hotel, or supplier.

Please note that the hotel check-in time is 3:00pm. As the Advanced Trainee Program sessions on Saturday will commence prior to this check-in time, please leave your luggage with the hotel concierge.

On Sunday, please ensure you have checked out of your room prior to the commencement of the Advanced Trainee Program sessions. The official hotel check-out time is 11:00, and additional fees will apply after this time, which will remain the responsibility of the attendee to settle. Luggage can be stored with the hotel concierge until departure.

Extending Your Stay:

If you wish to extend your stay, we would be pleased to assist with making the booking on your behalf, however accommodation for extra nights (and any incidentals such as additional breakfast charges, room service, phone calls, mini bar etc) will be at your own expense.

Additional rooms / nights are available at A$300.00 per room per night, and are subject to availability. Please include your request when completing your registration.

Conference Catering:

Catering for all attendees is included in the full day meeting sessions on Saturday, with a light breakfast, two refreshment breaks, a working lunch and networking drinks after the meeting. Catering on Sunday, including a light breakfast, will be provided for Advanced Trainees attending the morning session.

Travel to and from the event is the responsibility of the attendee.

Please arrange flights that coincide with the program commencing at 8:30am on Saturday 6 May. For Advanced Trainees the program concludes at 1pm on Sunday 7 May.

Travel from Tullamarine airport to the InterContinental Melbourne will take approximately 35 minutes by taxi or 30min by SkyBus to SoutherCross Station. 

Melbourne Parking

Suggested car parking is available at Wilson Parking 425 Collins St during sessions on Saturday and Sunday.

Please note not all city car parks are open on the week-end. This carpark is open 24hrs on Fridays and Saturdays.
